baking cakes~

balek semenyih fo berbuke. .
mama masak ikan tenggiri masak sambal..sbb si emi na sangat makan tu..i asked mama fo d recipe tapi mama kate balek je lah semenyih mama masak kan..tu yang beria balek uma tu..
ade lady's finger masak asam
sambal tumis udang tauhu
and mama made my fave kueh..mama called it toothless delight..sbb org2 yang tade gigi je makan ni..*tapi saye ade gigi okkay!*

so sampai2 je na berbuke dah..
den pas smayang sme..sme cham terbongkang kekenyangan kan.

planning na gi makan sate kajang n roti canai sedap kat tepi Esso fo konon2 supper..
tp sme cham malas..so mama soh emi gi kunci gate..
but then by d time kol 11 lebey maseng2 da lapa balek..
so ktorng pon korek la freezer and yaya goreng wedges..
and emi dok maen ngan hamster which he bot fo me as a bday pwezie..tp i ta reti jage..so my lil brotha yg jaga kan..ehheh~

melantak la kami..

next is d baking cakes part..
yes athirah bake cakes okkay...
hehehhe!
with d help of asstnt chief baker yaya
n emi as d photographer...
ahahah!
mari membuwat kek!

mule2 timbang 8 oz of butter *gune brand buttercup*
and den timbang 8 oz of gula jugak and combine it together

den beat it up until it white and weighty/ fluffy

pastu add in 4 eggs..*beat it well and add in one by one n d speed of d mixer is in lowest*

den timbang and sieve 8 oz of flour and 4 tbs of water

sieve in together 2 teaspoon of baking powder with the tepung and mixed in d mixer

*selang seli kan tepung and air. start and end with tepung and make sure speed ta kuwat sangat.*

emi ngan mama ade la jugak tolong2 sket..
tolong pegang mixer tu..
membantu jugak la tu..kan kan?

grease d tray and covered it with a thin layer of flour on every side
den..da siap..bahagikan kepada 3 portion in a small bowl *depends on baper banyak color u wanna put in*
den masok kan dalam tray selang seli..da siap take a fork or a stick and just play it on top to mixed and messed d color up.

here i made 3 type of cakes..
color2
choc rice
and choc marble
same adunan but make it different by just
1-add in colors
2-add in choc rice

3-add in liquified cooking choclates

yeay daaaa...den masok kat dalam oven..after 30 minits baru bley bukak oven and check *do not open d oven in between coz anti bahagian tengah cake akan mendak ke dalam*
kua kan cake and cucuk dengan lidi..and see if dlm die ade yang melekat pada lidi..if ade ta masak agie la tu..put in another 15 minutes..

tatadadaaaaaaaa~

and den da siap..bungkus2..1 fo my rent hse..1 fo emi's rent hse..2 for berbuka pose at uma efie dat afternoon..

try laa..senang je..
ehe! and sedap~

nasik lemak~

and yup..
another round of nasiik lemak..
hehehe~
masak2 fo mimi n d hommies..
..and sme org tambah.....yeayy!
licin 1 periok nasik habes..
yes!
vitagen 5 botol..!

i goreng telor dadar...and it turn out to be sgt fluffy..
and kembang..
and dey mcm..
wahh style gle telor..
ape hal?
mama goreng telor selalu camtu..
coz she beat the egg..bg angin masok..so bile tuang dlm minyak panas ia sangat fluffy..
and sedap!
ee.eee
ape lah budak2 ni..
tp telor dadar saye mmg style..
ahahahaha~

and i manage to get my puding telor
kat bazar kerinchi..
tp sarah ckp kt bazar stesen U ade lagi sedap..
esok jugak saye carik dan rase!..
eheheh!...

so..tadaaa~

and sekeping puding telor saye..nyum nyum..

so mimi dan hommies..
amcam nasik lemak air tangan saye..
ahahahah~

makcik nasik lemak~

2nd day of puase..
i was beck at uma sewa..
and tibe2 cham rajen plak na masak fo berbuke today..
and so...after class..me n ereen pegi membeli belah barang2 fo nasik lemak..
eheh!

i started berkerja di dapor @ 4 pm
sbb uma ni masak gune multi cooker so agak lame la prosesnye..
ereen konon2 na tolong masak nasik..
membute je ta0..sampai kol 6.30..urghh!
so masak la saye sorng2..
with d help of penumbok bawang --> asiah
coz mate gwe da pedih2 tumbok bawang..
na blender mama..huhu..
wuwuwu~

i made sambal tumis ikan bilis+kentang+tempe..
tempe sbb si ereen tu nak..
kentang sbb mimi nak..
hbs sme na demand..aku masok sme sekali in 1 dish..
habes citer..

masak2..n den masak d nasik lemak..

and den its done..

packed fo mimi 1 tupperware kecik..
and i dapat upah...1 keping murtabak..
mane puding caramel saye!!
eeee~

and sme org kate sedap!
yeayy!
periuk licin..
and hsemate mimi kate sedap!..
yes!..

saye berjaye masak nasik lemak sendri..
with my own hands..
kalaw kat uma tu.. kate je nak masak tp last2 jd tukang gaul n tukang rase je..
hahaha..yang laen mama buwat..
ni even mama called me like every 5 minits to check if everything is ok..
but still...athirah masak sendri!..
muahahhha!
yes!

and d sambal.,,

end of PERL beginning of 1 freedom!

after submitting the most peningnesS coding ever..
chewah..
ahkhirnye submit jugak PERL programing project gwe..
thanks to boyfren ku thayalan..antie aku banje big apple ea..sayanggggg kaw thaya..
just imagine he help me in a half an hour punye duration..
perghh..memang hebat thaya..
mmg aku sgt syg kaw...kaw mmg boyfren aku terbaek..ehe!..

and2...after submitting the project..
as usual..with d gurls..gi makan...
@ lil penang midval..
wina drove dis tyme..ehe!
dan seperti biase riang ria azwina!

ain pilih food die dulu tp makan die last..

duta lil penang..

innocent ain..senyum je padahal akuw menggodeh chopstick tuh as if cocok idong die..ehe!

freaking expensive okkay ini char kueh teaw...16bucks ea..fiuhhh...

syafiq is so not gonna eat diz eventho its his fave food....hahahahha

a treat fo myself...eheee!..a large bowl of asam laksa and a chinese tea..fo d hardwork for d past few days of ta tidow dan berkampong kat mcd wat thesis bersame ain,mirza and syafiq..ahaha!
